21-21983 - Theft - 200 block of Hilltop Ln.

On 7/14 at approximately 9:56am, officers responded to the 200 block of Hilltop Lane for the report of a theft. The caller/victim advised the officer that an unknown male subject came to her residence, sat on the patio briefly, and upon leaving, took several pairs of shoes off her patio and left on foot in an unknown direction. The victim was unable to provide an estimated value of stolen items at this time.

21-22075 / Shots Fired / 810 Monroe St. 0322 hours

On 7/15/21 at approximately 3:22am, officers responded to the 800 block of Monroe Street for the report of shots fired. Upon arrival officers did locate evidence that was consistent with shots being fired. No suspect was located, no injuries or property damage was reported.

When you phone in or submit your Annapolis crime tip online or through the P3 Tips smartphone app Metro Crime Stoppers receives your tip anonymously and only forwards your tip information to the Annapolis Police Department. No identifying information is ever forwarded to us. Metro Crime Stoppers uses a special coding system to protect your identity, they do not use Caller ID or record telephone conversations. If your tip leads to the arrest or indictment of a person for a felony you could qualify for up to a $2,000 cash reward from Metro Crime Stoppers. You can submit a tip by calling 1-866-7LOCKUP (1-866-756-2587), visiting www.metrocrimestoppers.org, or through the P3 Tips smartphone app. The app can be found in the Apple or Android app stores by searching for P3 Tips. Watch Your Car Program: The Watch Your Car Program helps prevent vehicle theft. A small sticker will be placed on your rear window. This sticker alerts officers nationwide that your vehicle is not normally driven during the hours of 1 a.m. and 5 a.m. The vehicle may be stopped to verify ownership.
