Burglary-202100000231 - 1400-1499 Forest Dr - 01/21/21 between 3:54am and 4:03am: At 7:03am officers responded to a business for the report of a burglary. A business owner noticed the front door to a neighboring business was smashed. Officers responded and discovered an unknown suspect smashed the door to the business and stole an unknown number of eyeglasses. Area surveillance video revealed the business was likely entered between 3:54am and 4:03am.
Telephone Reporting and Police Services - COVID-19
The Annapolis Police Department is implementing a policy of telephone reporting for relatively minor and non-violent crimes. When you call to report a crime in Annapolis your call will be screened to see if it falls into a category that is appropriate for telephone reporting. If your call is appropriate for telephone reporting an officer will call you and collect the relevant information and provide you with an event or incident number.
