20-4893- Theft- 1600 block of West St.
On 12/15 at approximately 1:12pm, officers responded for a theft in the 1600 block of West Street. The victim stated that a known female came into the store and took a sewing machine and a book and left the store without paying. The female was located and arrested. She was identified as Jennifer Carlson. Carlson was charged accordingly.
20-4892- Theft- 900 block of President St.
On 12/15 at approximately 12:15pm, officers responded for a theft of a package in the 900 block of President St.. The victim stated that a package that was delivered earlier was stolen from their doorstep. The package contained various makeup items. Total loss value to the victim was $39.00
20-4896- Theft- 900 block of Spa Rd.
On 12/15 at approximately 3:07pm, officers took a report over the phone for a theft that occurred in the 900 block of Spa Rd. The victim stated that a gaming chair that was delivered by fedex was stolen. Total loss value to the victim was $449.00.
20-4906- Commercial Burglary- 700 block of Giddings Ave.
On 12/16 at approximately 3:15am, officers responded to the 700 block of Giddings Ave. for a glass break intrusion alarm. Upon arrival, officers observed that the glass front door had been smashed and appeared to have been pried from the door frame. The unknown subjects were able to make entry and steal several bottles of prescription medicines. Detectives responded and took over this investigation. The subjects responsible have not been located or identified at this time.

When you call to report a crime in Annapolis your call will be screened to see if it falls into a category that is appropriate for telephone reporting.
