20-4809 - Theft from Vehicle - 500 block of Annapolitan Lane
On 12/8 at approximately 9:15am, officers responded to the 500 block of Annapolitan Lane for a reported theft from a vehicle. The victim advised that an unknown person unlawfully entered their vehicle and stole their Iphone 5. There were no signs of forced entry to the vehicle.
20-4813 - Assault - 1100 block of Madison Street
On 12/8 at approximately 4:58pm, officers responded to the 1100 block of Madison Street for a reported armed subject. Upon arrival officers spoke to an adult female who advised that the father of her children threatened her with a handgun. The male half to this incident was located by officers but was not in possession of a handgun. The female victim was not injured in this incident, she was advised judicial relief.
Telephone Reporting and Police Services - COVID-19
The Annapolis Police Department is implementing a policy of telephone reporting for relatively minor and non-violent crimes. When you call to report a crime in Annapolis your call will be screened to see if it falls into a category that is appropriate for telephone reporting.
