20-3201 - Theft - 500 block of Taylor Ave.
On August 19th Officers responded for a report of a theft of bicycles in the 500 block of Taylor Ave.. The theft occurred on August 15th at approximately 1:40 pm while the victim was out of town. Residential video surveillance captured two subjects removing two bicycles from the victims backyard. The bicycles were described as a black and green colored schwinn Atlas and a blue and yellow mongoose. Total loss value to the victim was $650.
Telephone Reporting and Police Services - COVID-19
The Annapolis Police Department is implementing a policy of telephone reporting for relatively minor and non-violent crimes. When you call to report a crime in Annapolis your call will be screened to see if it falls into a category that is appropriate for telephone reporting. If your call is appropriate for telephone reporting an officer will call you and collect the relevant information and provide you with an event or incident number.
