In the last 24 hours Annapolis Police Officers have responded to 75 calls for service and arrested 2 people.
20-2702-Theft- 100-199 Main St
Victim advised that on 7/12/2020 at approximately 10:00 pm his roommate let two unknown subjects into the residence for a social gathering. Approximately an hour later when the subjects left the residence he noticed his silver Mac-Book Air was missing. Total loss value to the victim was $1,000.
20-2713 Assault 1-99 Dock St.
At 11:54 pm, officers responded to Boxwood Rd for a reported assault that occurred in the area of Dock Street. The victims who were identified as two adult males advised that they were in the area of Dock Street when they were assaulted by several unknown male subjects.
Telephone Reporting and Police Services - COVID-19
The Annapolis Police Department is implementing a policy of telephone reporting for relatively minor and non-violent crimes. When you call to report a crime in Annapolis your call will be screened to see if it falls into a category that is appropriate for telephone reporting.
