Telephone Reporting and Police Services - COVID-19
The Annapolis Police Department is implementing a policy of telephone reporting for relatively minor and non-violent crimes. When you call to report a crime in Annapolis your call will be screened to see if it falls into a category that is appropriate for telephone reporting. If your call is appropriate for telephone reporting an officer will call you and collect the relevant information and provide you with an event or incident number. Our non-emergency phone number is 410-268-4141.
On May 15, under Governor Hogan's order Anne Arundel County shifted from a Stay at Home order to a Safer at Home public health advisory. Per the Executive Order, people are required to wear masks or cloth facial coverings in retail spaces and on public transportation.
