In the last 24 hours Annapolis Police officers responded to 113 calls for service and arrested 4 people.       
 
Theft of Package – 202000000586 – 600-699 Melrose St – 02/05 at 6pm to 02/06 at 9:45am: A package was stolen after it was delivered to the home.


 
Coffee with a Cop
Join us at Starbucks at 122 Main St on 02/13 from 3:30pm to 5:30pm for Coffee with a Cop. Drop in any time during the two hours officers will be at Starbucks. Come with questions or just say hi.


 
City Offices Closed & No Citizen Fingerprinting
City offices will be closed Monday, 02/17, in observance of Presidents Day. No citizen fingerprinting will be offered Monday, 02/17. Citizen fingerprinting will resume Monday, 02/24, at 6:30pm.


 
Eastport Working Together
Harbour House and Eastport Terrace residents, Eastport neighbors, and government and community leaders are invited to attend an Eastport Working Together meeting on Tuesday, 02/18, at 6:30pm at the Rosalie Mitchell Community Center, 1014 President St. Eastport Working Together is a collective group of residents committed to listening, engaging and investing in the Eastport community by organizing around challenging issues that affect residents. Everyone is welcome.
 
Chief’s Lecture Series
Please join us for the start of the Chief's Lecture Series. Annapolis Police Chief Edward Jackson will lead an informative conversation about the U.S. Constitution on 02/27 at St. Martin's Lutheran Church at 1120 Spa Road. The church is providing a free spaghetti meal starting at 5:15pm, with the speaking starts at 6:30pm. Spring Fling Scholarship Fundraiser
The Annapolis Police Department is co-hosting a benefit for the Annapolis Police Scholarship Fund on 03/18 at the Annapolis Market House. The event starts at 6pm for VIP tickets and at 7pm for standard tickets. Tickets range in price from $45 to $75. Submitting Anonymous Tips to Metro Crime Stoppers of Maryland


Metro Crime Stoppers of Maryland is an organization separate from the Annapolis Police Department. When you phone in or submit your Annapolis crime tip online or through the P3 Tips smartphone app Metro Crime Stoppers receives your tip anonymously and only forwards your tip information to the Annapolis Police Department. No identifying information is ever forwarded to us. Metro Crime Stoppers uses a special coding system to protect your identity, they do not use Caller ID or record telephone conversations. If your tip leads to the arrest or indictment of a person for a felony you could qualify for up to a $2,000 cash reward from Metro Crime Stoppers. You can submit a tip by calling 1-866-7LOCKUP (1-866-756-2587), visiting www.metrocrimestoppers.org, or through the P3 Tips smartphone app. The app can be found in the Apple or Android app stores by searching for P3 Tips. You can also call a tip into us directly at 410-280-CLUE (2583).

Watch Your Car Program:  The Watch Your Car Program helps prevent vehicle theft.  A small sticker will be placed on your rear window.  This sticker alerts officers nationwide that your vehicle is not normally driven during the hours of 1 a.m. and 5 a.m.  The vehicle may be stopped to verify ownership.  For more information about the program contact us at police@annapolis.gov.
