Annapolis Ahead: Weekly Comprehensive Plan Progress Update

Posted on: February 24, 2020

[ARCHIVED] February 24-February 29: Goals and Strategies Are Coming along

February 24-February 29:   This week we are checking in with the Arts in Public Places Commission on Tuesday, and attending the summit on the Comprehensive Plan that the Annapolis Environmental Commission is hosting at the Recreation Center on Wednesday at 7 pm.

We had a great week last week, meeting with Housing Stakeholders who are working on all kinds of City housing issues, presenting our progress to City Council, and having a follow-up meeting with the chairs of the City’s Boards and Commissions.  We also had a very informative presentation on form-based codes, which is available online: https://www.annapolis.gov/DocumentCenter/View/15550/Annapolis-FBC-Presentation---2182020-PDF

We are getting a lot of great goals and strategies to achieve those goals from the different groups.  Keep an eye on our website for these goals and strategies--we will post them as we gather them.  https://www.annapolis.gov/1446/2020-Comprehensive-Plan
