Jan. 26-Feb. 1: This week we will be getting organized and starting to schedule meetings with civic and neighborhood associations. We are also forming a new committee--nicknamed the "Nitty Gritty Committee." This committee will help give regular input on the process and content of the plan. Contact us if you are interested in this committee. Last week we met with about 50 people representing civic and neighborhood associations. We also gave a presentation at the Ward One Residents’ Association meeting. A major concern in Ward One is the number of short-term rentals that are not owner-occupied.
