The City of Annapolis is preparing its FY 2021-2025 Five Year Consolidated Plan and FY 2021 Annual Action Plan. The city must submit these Plans to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to receive Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. The CDBG Entitlement Program provides annual grants on a formula basis to entitlement cities and counties to develop viable urban communities by providing decent housing and a suitable living environment, and by expanding economic opportunities, principally for low- and moderate-income persons.
Input from the community is vital to the creation and implementation of these plans. A community meeting will be held at City Hall, 160 Duke of Gloucester Street, Annapolis, MD 21401 on Wednesday, November 13th at 7:00 P.M. to discuss the housing and community development needs. Additionally, a community survey is available at the following link:
