Bid Notice: Parking Facilities

The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) for Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Maintain services until 2:00 p.m., local time, Thursday, November 7, 2019. Qualification statements must be submitted to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401. Late proposals will not be accepted under any circumstances.

The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, producing a master plan and implementation strategy to demolish the existing parking facility, design, construct and finance a new parking facility, and redevelop City Dock infrastructure and related site improvements.

Interested parties are invited to attend a pre-proposal conference at 2:00 pm., Wednesday, September 4, 2019 in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 160 Duke of Gloucester Street, second floor in downtown Annapolis.

RFQ packages may be obtained from the Central Purchasing Office at the address noted above, via email to bids@annapolis.gov or fax request to 410-263-8120.

The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs, to waive informalities and to select the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
