The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) for Construction services for water distribution and sewer collection system tasks and related services (“Project") until 2:00 PM, local time, Thursday, November 15, 2018. SOQs must be submitted to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401. Late SOQs will not be accepted under any circumstances.
The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, replacement or installation of water and sewer lines, valves, manholes, services and appurtenances in residential, commercial, and/or historic City districts.
Interested parties are invited to attend a pre-proposal conference at 10:00 AM, local time, Thursday, October 25, 2018 in the City Office Complex, 145 Gorman Street, Third Floor Conference Room in downtown Annapolis.
RFQ packages may be obtained from the Central Purchasing Office at the address noted above, via email to bids@annapolis.gov or fax request to 410-263-8120.
The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs, to waive informalities and to select the SOQ deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
