The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed bids for sample collection and lab analysis services until 2:00 p.m., local time, Thursday, September 27, 2018. Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud in the Central Purchasing Office located at 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401. Late bids will not be accepted under any circumstances.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited, monitoring, collecting samples, transporting, analyzing and reporting of industrial wastewater at various locations throughout the city.
Interested parties are invited to attend a pre-proposal meeting at 2:00 p.m., Monday, September 10, 2018, in the City Office Complex, 145 Gorman Street, 3rd Floor conference room in downtown Annapolis.

The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to select the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
