The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed bids for construction services until 2:00 p.m., local time, Wednesday, July 11, 2018. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401. Late bids will not be accepted under any circumstances.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or cashier's check, payable to the City of Annapolis, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. The successful bidder must provide Payment and Performance bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, removing and disposing existing standing seam metal roof coverings, furnishing and installing new standing seam metal roof assembly, and related incidental work.
Interested parties are invited to attend a pre-bid conference at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, June 14, 2018 at the Taylor Avenue Fire Station located at 620 Taylor Avenue in west Annapolis.
