The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed bids for roadway supplies until 2:00 p.m., local time, Wednesday, June 27, 2018. Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud in the Central Purchasing Office located at 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401. Late bids will not be accepted under any circumstances.
The annual contracts shall include the following products: Mortar Sand, Bank Run, CR6 Stone, screened top soil, washed gravel, SN Grade Hot Mix Asphalt, Concrete and Sand/Gravel Mix.

The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to select the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
