Limited Waiting Lists Opened on April 1, 2018

On Sunday, April 1, 2018, HACA opened the following waiting lists with limitations until 4:00 p.m. on Monday, April 30, 2018:

  • Harbour House - applications accepted only for 2-bedroom accommodations - viewable at 1014 President Street, Annapolis, MD 21403
  • Morris H. Blum Senior Apartments - applications accepted only for applicants 55+ years old or 50+ years old and disable - viewable at 701 Glenwood Street, Annapolis, MD 21401
  • Robinwood - applications accepted only for 4-bedroom accommodations - viewable at 1386 Tyler Avenue, Annapolis, MD 21403

Applications will be accepted in person at 1217 Madison Street, Annapolis, MD 21403, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., beginning on April 1, 2018 and ending on April 30, 2018. You may mail your applications to this address on or after April 1, 2018. Applications will not be accepted before April 1, 2018 or after 4:00 p.m. on April 30, 2018. Please attach copies of your ID and Social Security Card to your application.

Applications may be found online here, printed, filled out, and mailed to : Housing Authority of the City of Annapolis, Attn: Admissions, 1217 Madison Street, Annapolis, MD 21403.

Applications will only be accepted if delivered via mail or hand at 1217 Madison Street, Annapolis, MD 21403. For example, emailed or faxed applications will not be accepted.

If you are a person with disabilities and require specific accommodations, you may request a "reasonable accommodation" by calling (410) 267-8000. The number for the Telecommunication Device for the Deaf (TDD) for the hearing impaired is 711. No one will be discriminated against based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or familial status.
