The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed bids for the replacement of an oil-water separator system until 11:00 a.m., local time, Friday, April 13, 2018. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud and must be submitted to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401. Late bids will not be accepted under any circumstances.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or cashier's check, payable to the City of Annapolis, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. The successful bidder must provide Payment and Performance bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, removal and disposal of existing oil water separator insert, furnishing and installing new baffles and equipment, cleaning floor drains and associated piping, installing new traffic bearing covers and related site improvements. This project is funded via the Federal Transportation Administration and all Federal regulations apply.
Interested parties are invited to attend a pre-bid conference at 10:00 a.m., Friday, March 23, 2018 at ADOT Offices, 308 Chinquapin Round Road, Annapolis, MD 21401.Bid packages may be obtained from the Central Purchasing Office at the address noted above, via email tobids@annapolis.gov or fax request to 410-263-8120.
The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and to select the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
