Stump Grinding

On Monday, November 13th stump grinding will occur in the following locations:

132 Main Street (in front of Helly Hansen) between 8 and 10 a.m.

State Circle (adjacent to Randall Court) between 8 and 10 a.m.

14 Murray Avenue after 10 a.m.

Shaw Street (between Dean and Franklin) after 10 a.m.

Steele and Lafayette after 10 a.m.

On Wednesday, November 15th tree work will be conducted between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. at the following locations:
23 Silopanna 

Corner of Rosewood

On Thursday, November 16th & Friday, November 17th tree pruning, removal, and in some cases, stump grinding will occur between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. in the following locations:
405 Third Street
409 Third Street
123 Chesapeake Avenue
302 Chesapeake Avenue
24 Chesapeake Avenue
120 Archwood Avenue
119 Monticello Avenue
end of Shipwright Street

Please note that stump grinding is very noisy.

SP+ will post no parking signs 72 hours in advance of work. To protect pedestrians, sidewalks in the immediate area of the work will be closed while work is in progress. There will be no lane closures or traffic impacts. Residents and businesses will be given flyers notifying them in advance of the work.
