A special meeting of the Board of Appeals is scheduled for Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. in the Mayor John T. Chambers, Jr., City Council Chamber, located at 160 Duke of Gloucester Street, 2nd Floor in Annapolis.
The purpose is for a proposed closed session in accordance with the Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions Article Section 3-305, Closed Sessions, (b) (7) to consult with counsel about appeal procedures.
The closed session will be held prior to the public hearing meeting.
The Board of Appeals will convene in open session and move pursuant to Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions Article Section 3-305, Closed Sessions (b)(7) to go into closed session as indicated above.
