Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders, Baltimore’s Marching Ravens Pep Band and front office staff will make stops throughout Annapolis on Friday, August 4th, to gear up for the team’s upcoming free and open stadium practice at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium on Saturday, August 5th.
Purple Friday Caravan – Friday, Aug. 4th
On Friday, fans are encouraged to wear their Ravens purple and visit various Annapolis locations along the route below. Each spot will have giveaways, photo opportunities and autographs with Ravens Cheerleaders and mascot Poe, as well as performances by the Marching Ravens.
11 a.m............ Annapolis City Dock - Susan Campbell Park
12 p.m............ Wiseman Park (West Street)
Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium Practice – Saturday, Aug. 5
Practice begins at 6 and is open to all fans and features the Ravens’ annual Military Appreciation Day, with special seating reserved for active service members and veterans who present valid military identification upon check-in at the stadium. Gates open at 5 p.m.
Immediate family members of the servicemen and servicewomen are also welcome to join, with all preferred seating available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, those who show a valid military I.D. will be given a special Ravens-themed gift.
Fans can enjoy fun activities throughout the day, with appearances by Ravens alumni S Ed Reed,WR Jermaine Lewis andFB Vonta Leach and Baltimore Colts legend RB Tom Matte.
