[ARCHIVED] The City of Annapolis acquires Carrs Beach

The City of Annapolis recently received state funding to acquire property on Edgewood Road that was once a part of Carr's Beach. The Beaches were known in their heyday as a place where African-American families vacationed during times of segregation.
