A Phase I Snow Emergency may be proclaimed by the Director of Public Works in consultation with the Chief of Police when the local forecast projects up to 4 inches of snow.
A Phase II Snow Emergency may be proclaimed by the Director of Public Works in consultation with the Chief of Police when the local forecast projects greater than 4 inches up to 8 inches of snow.
A Phase III Snow Emergency may be proclaimed by the Director of Public Works in consultation with the Chief of Police when the local forecast projects greater than 8 inches of snow.
