City of Annapolis Offices Open On Time With
Liberal Leave in Effect for Non-Essential Employees

ANNAPOLIS, MD (February 11, 2021) - According to the National Weather Service, the City of Annapolis remains under a Winter Weather Advisory until 11 a.m. for Thursday, February 11, 2021. The City will open on-time with liberal leave in effect for non-essential and quasi-essential employees. Essential employees should report for work as scheduled. 

The City of Annapolis Department of Public works reports clear streets in Annapolis with salting operations only. Morning temperatures will remain above freezing. 

Annapolis Transit: Transit routes are operating on the regular schedule. 

Recreation and Parks: The “Pip” Moyer Recreation Center will follow regularly scheduled opening and closing times.

Weekend Weather Reminder: An active weather pattern has put multiple weather systems in play over the next ten days. The City is monitoring winter weather that may move through the area on Saturday and into Sunday (Valentine’s Day).
