[ARCHIVED] Bid Posting: HVAC Replacement Annapolis Police Headquarters & Pip Moyer Recreation Center

Procurement Announcement

The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed bids for HVAC replacement until 2:00 P. M., local time, Tuesday, December 8, 2020.  Bids shall be opened and read aloud in the Central Purchasing Office located at 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland, 21401.  Late bids will not be accepted under any circumstances.

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to remove existing equipment and install new equipment and related incidental items at two City building locations.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or cashier's check, payable to the City of Annapolis, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. The successful bidder must provide Payment and Performance bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price.       

Interested parties are invited to attend a pre-bid conference at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, November 12, 2020 at the Pip Moyer Recreation Center located at 273 Hilltop Lane in Annapolis.  A site visit to the Annapolis Police Headquarters will immediately follow the pre-bid conference.

Bid packages may be obtained from the Central Purchasing Office via email request to bids@annapolis.gov or fax request to 410-263-8120.

The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and to select the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
