Overview

The Finance Committee shall handle all matters relating to the review of the budget and continuous surveillance of the budget. The Finance Committee shall have power to review and make recommendations with regard to the Mayor's annual operating budget and shall submit recommendations with regard to the budget to the City Council not later than the second Monday in May of each year. The Finance Committee shall review all proposed amendments to Title 6 (Revenue and Finance) of the City Code.
