Help Public Works by knowing "What to Flush". Prevent sewer backups and overflows by not putting wipes, paper towels, grease, etc down the toilet.
Recycling Contamination. Recycling that is contaminated with film plastic, bagged recyclables, and plastic bags will not be collected and will be left at the curb.
Recycling Back to the Basics. Only place these materials in your blue recycling container: mixed paper, cardboard, plastic bottles, plastic containers, rigid plastic, aluminum, and steel cans and beverage containers, glass bottles, and jars. Containers must be empty and clean.
Yard Trim Guidelines. Yard Trim must be placed in green City carts, paper bags, or containers marked with an "X." Yard Trim placed at the curb in plastic bags will not be collected. Learn more on the Yard Trim Collection page.
