Duties

To serve as an advisory board to the City Council, to study matters affecting the aged and make recommendations with regard thereto, and to educate the public regarding these matters.

Composition

Nine residents who have a demonstrated sincere interest in the problems of the aging and their amelioration. Term - three years. Appointed by the Mayor, confirmed by the Aldermen.
