Adult Basic Skills Class

In a partnership with Anne Arundel Community College (AACC), the Stanton Community Center offers an Adult Basic Skills (ABS) class-leading towards a General Educational Development (GED®).

Earn your Maryland High School diploma by taking a class to prepare for the GED test!

This free class is designed for students 18 or older who don’t have a high school diploma and need to prepare for the GED® exam. The class includes all four subjects required to pass the GED® test: math, science, social studies, and language arts.

The class meets on Saturdays from 9 am to 1 pm.

Participants must attend an orientation prior to registering for this class. Contact AACC at gedprogram@aacc.edu or 410-777-1823 to schedule an orientation.
