Child Care

Child Care registration for the 2023-2024 school year is underway! Registration forms are available online but must be submitted in person. For more information, please email lmsimmons@annapolis.gov.

Please Note that the following sites are FULL for PM Child Care:

  • Germantown
  • West Annapolis
  • Hillsmere

girl playground slide outdoors winter fallThe City of Annapolis Recreation and Parks Department (ARPD) hosts AM/PM Child Care at select sites. The following elementary schools in Annapolis are Child Care locations:  Annapolis, *Georgetown East, Germantown, *Hillsmere, Mills-Parole and *West Annapolis. (* = site full for PM Child Care)

Rates for the 2023-2024 school year:

  • Before School Care = $120 per month

  • After School Care = $300 per month

Registration must be completed in person at the "Pip" Moyer Recreation Center (online registration is not available for child care.) There is a $35 non-refundable registration fee. Registration is based on a first-come, first-serve as space allows.

Child care vouchers are accepted. However, you must go to Child Care Scholarship Program to complete the required paperwork in order to be qualified. Please refer to the program brochure for more information.
