The Annapolis Harbormaster is responsible to enforce Title 15 of the Annapolis City Code.
If you witness violations of Title 15, please call us at 410-263-7973 or e-mail harbormaster@annapolis.gov
Transients
Transient boating customers may take advantage of this service for hazards related to any extraordinary weather events, such as hurricanes.
However, it is strongly recommended that transient boaters living outside of Anne Arundel County and the City of Annapolis use the free mobile apps opposed to the phone-based system. This is due to the fact that members will receive year-round alerts that are applicable just to Anne Arundel County, and may not necessarily reside in the City or County.
The apps not only work with other CodeRED supported areas nationwide, but they also do not require an account. Alternatively, if you choose to take advantage of the telephone-based alerts, please use the address listed on your rental receipt along with your mobile phone number.
