2 Ways to Vote
Vote by Mail
All City residents who are active registered voters will receive a mail-in ballot for the Primary Election and for the General Election. If you choose to vote by mail, it is important to complete your ballot and return it as soon as possible. In order to be counted, mail-in ballots must be postmarked by the US Postal Service, placed in ANY City of Annapolis Elections drop box, or handed in to a polling location by 8:00 p.m. on Election Days. Drop boxes will be available at polling locations from early September through General Election Day.
Voting On Election Days
The City of Annapolis will have in-person voting in each Ward from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Election Days.
