The first community survey for the 2020 Comprehensive Plan is now closed. As part of the survey, there were a series of questions aimed at collecting our priorities as a City over the next 20 years. Redevelopment Survey:

Annapolis expects to maintain its attractiveness as a place to live for current and future residents. To do so, many of its older commercial areas may need to be redeveloped over time to accommodate new retail options, new housing options, and potentially other types of mixed use development. We asked you what types of development and redevelopment you would like to see over the next 10-20 years and where you would like to see it.
