Critical Area Maps

The Critical Area Program Update consisted of two parts--a zoning text update and a zoning map update.

Ordinance O-27-19 updates the City's zoning language to match current state requirements. Each change is explained in the spreadsheet. The new Critical Area Maps are shown below. The former critical area line is shown with a dashed line, the new line is shown in yellow, green, and red. Use the index to find a specific map below.
