Lieutenant Kevin Krauss leads the Community Services Unit of the Annapolis Police Department.  

Sergeant Nicole Vaden is the community contact for Wards 1, 2, 3, and 4.  
Corporal Robert Galusha is the community contact for Wards 5, 6, 7, and 8.

  1. Auxiliary Unit

    The Auxiliary Unit are uniformed civilian volunteers providing assistance to the Police Department under the direction of the Support Services Division.

  3. Explorer Post 199

    Law Enforcement Exploring is a worksite-based program for young men and women who have completed the eighth grade and are 14 years of age, or are 15 years of age but have not yet reached their 21st birthday.

  4. Hispanic Liaison

    The Latino Liaison Office is here to help meet the safety needs of the Latino community and to increase the trust and communication between Latino community and Annapolis Police Department (APD).   6. Scholarship Program

    The Scholarship Program has been established with the goal of assisting current graduating seniors residing in the City of Annapolis. We will be working with local schools and community organizations to identify students who need financial aid to attend college. The scholarship criteria and application is posted on this page.
