Jackets and purses left unattended in local pubs and restaurants are easy marks for thieves. When out on the town, please make sure you have your valuables, credit cards and cash safely secured.

The Annapolis Police Department has a new Scooter Watch Program designed to reduce theft and assist in the recovery and identification of stolen scooters. Similar to the Watch Your Car program, Scooter Watch provides a decal for each scooter registered giving police the authority to stop the scooter and check on the validity of the operator.
