The Annapolis Memorial Day Parade


The Annapolis Memorial Day Parade is a patriotic recognition of those who have made the ultimate sacrifice serving this great nation.

The parade will kick off on Monday, May 26 at 10 a.m. and proceed through the City’s downtown area, beginning on Amos Garrett Boulevard.

The route will take participants on West Street, proceeding the wrong way around Church Circle, then down Main Street, on Randall Street, with the Parade ending at the Market House.  

There will be a Memorial Day ceremony at Susan Campbell Park directly following the Parade. The Keynote Speaker is Senator John Astle.  

Just a reminder, Annapolis City government offices will be closed on Monday, May 26, in observance of Memorial Day.

Refuse and recycling will be affected. Monday’s scheduled pickup will occur on Tuesday and Tuesday’s scheduled pickup will occur on Wednesday.

There will be no yard waste or bulk collection the week of May 26.
