Public Hearings Rescheduled - Fact Sheet Available

Public hearings for O-7-13, for the purpose of implementing Phase One of the recommendations of the City Dock Master Plan by establishing a new zoning district - The Waterfront City Dock Zone - and R-49-12, for the purpose of adopting the 2012 Draft City Dock Master Plan as an addendum to the 2009 Annapolis Comprehensive Plan have been rescheduled to take place during a special meeting of the City Council on Thursday, July 25, at 7 p.m. in City Hall Council Chambers.

In order to address questions regarding the Master Plan and rezoning efforts for the Compromise Street properties, the Department of Planning and Zoning has compiled clarifications with respect to the City Dock Master Plan and Ordinance O-7-13 concerning rezoning of 110 Compromise Street and adjacent city-owned properties specifically, and City Dock in general.
