The Circulator is a great tool we are using as part of the city's Avoid a Parking Ticket Campaign in partnership with, downtown businesses and their associations (ABA, MAP and AEDC). This is a cooperative effort to get people comfortable using the City’s parking garages rather than parking in residential neighborhoods or overstaying the allotted time on parking meters, resulting in getting a ticket.
