| What is the Circulator? It is a trolley that quickly and efficiently moves individuals from the City’s four parking garages around the Central Business District, Westgate Circle to Memorial Circle, allowing the public to enjoy the unique shops, the food and entertainment, the historic charm and maritime attractions. - Noah Hillman Parking Garage – 150 Gorman Street
- Gotts Court Parking Garage – 25 Northwest Street
- Knighton Parking Garage – 1A Colonial Avenue
- Park Place - 5 Park Place

 | How does it work? Park in Park Place and Knighton garages for $5 a day, Gott’s for $12 a day or Hillman for $16 a day and get on the Circulator Trolley outside the garages to ride around the Central Business District all day at no additional cost. If you don't see a trolley as soon as you park don't worry, the trolleys runs every ten minutes. |
 | What if I don’t park in a City garage? You can still ride the Circulator Trolley at no cost. Just wait at one of our convenient Circulator stops or if you are in between stops, just listen for the bell our drivers will be ringing and raise your hand. Our courteous drivers will stop and pick you up. |
 | What days and times will the Circulator trolley operate? Sunday through Thursday – 6:30 a.m. to midnight
Friday and Saturday – 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 a.m. The Circulator runs on a 10-minute intervals at each stop. Please note- The Navy Marine Corps Memorial Stadium is not in the Central Business District and will cost $2.00 per ride. However, state employees parking at the stadium showing proper state identification can ride the State Shuttle free. |
 | The Circulator is a great tool we are using as part of the city's Avoid a Parking Ticket Campaign in partnership with, downtown businesses and their associations (ABA, MAP and AEDC). This is a cooperative effort to get people comfortable using the City’s parking garages rather than parking in residential neighborhoods or overstaying the allotted time on parking meters, resulting in getting a ticket. |
 | The Circulator trolley will loop through downtown from Westgate Circle to Memorial Circle: The Circulator trolley will loop from the Westin Annapolis Hotel at Park Place, along West Street, making stops at Knighton garage, Gott's Garage, and the Hillman garage. The Circulator also makes these convenient stops along its route: - Lafayette and West Street,
- Church Circle at South Street,
- Annapolis City Hall,
- Annapolis City Dock,
- And, Church Circle near Main Street.
