Cardio Sculpt and Step Class

Welcome to the Fitness Center at the Roger W. "Pip" Moyer Community Recreation Center!

Located in off of Hilltop Lane in the Truxtun Park community of Annapolis, our fitness center offers cardio and strength training equipment to help you get an invigorating and successful workout. Our Fitness Specialists are available by appointment to help you learn about the equipment, prepare workout routines, aid you in your fitness goals and provide you with hands-on guidance as needed. Members receive personal training consultations.

Our Primary Fitness Classes are included with Full Memberships. Program Members are able to purchase a "Fitness Class Pass" or pay a Drop-In Fee to join any or all Primary Fitness Classes. The weekly schedule is listed here!

Personal Training at PMRC

Personal Training - Learn more about our personal training program here. Complete the interest form so you're prepared when you discuss your health history and fitness goals with one of our PMRC Fitness Specialists. (You'll need to bring the completed form to your first appointment.) ARPD Water Bottle, Towel and BagWhen you sign up for personal training sessions, you'll receive an APRD sport bag! Match it with a water bottle for $3 and a towel for $5!

 

 

Changing up a workout routine is important to achieving optimal physical fitness. Therefore please recognize that the operational direction of the indoor track at PMRC alternates daily between clockwise and counter-clockwise. This schedule directly ties to the numeric parity of any given date: odd-numbered days will always run clockwise; even-numbered days will always run counter-clockwise. The “directional arrow” signs currently in place along the track railing flip daily to reflect the desired flow of traffic. For example: Sunday, March 18, clockwise, Monday, March 19, counter-clockwise, Tuesday, March 20, clockwise and so on.PMRC Indoor Track and Floor Exercise Area
