Wonder Women Triathlon Training
Training is always more motivating with friends -- so train for a seasonal triathlon with the Wonder Women! If you are new to triathlon, or want to improve your performance, this group is for you. All aspects of a triathlon are covered, including nutrition, transitions, racing strategies, open water swimming, bike maintenance, running, cycling and swim training. Each class focuses on at least two disciplines of a triathlon. Enjoy the camaraderie of group training while you get in great shape!
