APD Daily Report 05/30/13

In the last 24 hours Annapolis Police officers responded to 80 calls for service and arrested 14 people.


Robbery – 201300002442 – Unit block of Silopanna Rd – 05/28 from 6pm to 7pm:  An 18 year old male was walking in the area when a subject approached him and demanded his cell phone and iPod.  The subject shoved the victim and threatened to kill him.  The victim handed over his cell phone and iPod and the subject fled on foot.  The suspect was identified as a 16 year old male.  He was arrested, given a juvenile citation for robbery, assault, and theft, and released to his parents.

Theft from Vehicle – 201300002443 – 700 block of Glenwood St - 05/28 at 11:30pm to 05/29 at 8am:  $15 was taken from an unlocked vehicle.


Neighborhood Watch Meeting
The next Neighborhood Watch meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 11 from 7pm to 8:30pm at Annapolis Police Headquarters, 199 Taylor Av.  Topics for the evening will include Internet safety tips and National Night Out.  Food will be served so please RSVP to Sgt.
