In the last 24 hours Annapolis Police officers responded to 104 calls for service and arrested 7 people.
Burglary – 201400003791 – 700 block of Caleb La – 07/28 from 12:40pm to 3pm: A teal green Nishiki Pueblo mountain bicycle was stolen from an open garage.
Theft from Vehicle – 201400003805 – 200 block of Victor Pkwy - 07/27 at 2am to 07/29 at 9am: A Michael Kors wallet was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.
Theft of Bicycle – 201400003819 – 1900 block of McGuckian St – 07/26 at 11:30pm to 07/28 at 4:45am: A black Nishiki Pueblo mountain bicycle with grey and black air pump attached to the frame, a black aftermarket seat, and a headlight and red taillight attached was stolen. The bike was attached to a bike rack with a combination lock when stolen.
Theft from Vehicle – 201400003823 – 100 block of Porter Dr – 07/29 at 11am to 07/30 at 9am: Money was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.
Watch Your Bike Program – Now Register Online!
So far in July, there have been 21 bicycles reported stolen in Annapolis. The Annapolis Police Department has a Watch Your Bike program. Green Dot MoneyPak Scams
Watch out for Green Dot MoneyPak scams. Recently an Annapolis business was scammed by a caller asking for payment for utility bills by Green Dot MoneyPak cards. National Night Out 2014
Mark your calendars for National Night Out 2014. It will be held on Tuesday, August 5 from 5pm to 8pm at the Annapolis Walk Community Park at 1701 Belle Drive. No Citizen Fingerprinting in August
The Annapolis Police Department will not be conducting citizen fingerprinting in August. Citizen fingerprinting will resume Monday, September 8 at 5pm.
