APD Daily Report 07/02/14

In the last 24 hours Annapolis Police officers responded to 102 calls for service and arrested 12 people.

There are no preventable Part One offenses to report this morning. Part One offenses are those incidents we report to the MD State Police and the F.B.I. These incidents include homicides, robberies, burglaries, rapes, serious assaults, and thefts.

Annapolis 4th of July Celebration
The Annapolis July 4th parade will begin on 07/04 at 6:30pm at Amos Garret Blvd and proceed down West St, around Church Circle, and down Main St to end at the City Dock.  Following the parade, the United States Naval Academy Concert Band will perform a public concert at Susan Campbell Park at 8pm.  The fireworks display will begin at 9:15pm.  Spa Creek Bridge will be closed to vehicle traffic beginning at 9pm for spectators to view the fireworks.  Visit http://www.annapolis.gov/government/headlines/2014/06/20/annapolis-4th-of-july-celebration for more information on where to park, parking restrictions, and road closures. 

City of Annapolis government offices will be closed Friday, July 4.

Citizen Fingerprinting
Citizen fingerprinting will not be offered on Monday, July 7.  Citizen fingerprinting will resume on Monday, July 14 at 5pm.  For more information about citizen fingerprinting please visit www.annapolis.gov/police/citizen-fingerprinting

National Night Out 2014
