APD Daily Report 10/15/13
In the last 24 hours Annapolis Police officers responded to 107 calls for service and arrested 7 people.
Theft from Vehicle – 201300004975 – 900 block of Bay Ridge Rd – 10/14 from 2pm to 2:40pm: A handicap placard was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.
Burglary – 201300004980 – 900 block of Cedar Park Rd – 10/14 at 11:54pm: Officers responded to an intrusion alarm at a church and after arriving started checking the exterior of the building. The officers heard a door slamming shut and then saw Christian Freymeyer, 26, of Annapolis walking away from the front door of the church. Officers found the front doors were malfunctioning and unsecured. Freymeyer’s wallet was found on the ground near a rear stairwell to the church. Four window screens were also found to be newly ripped. Freymeyer was charged with fourth degree burglary and destruction of property. He was released on his own recognizance by the District Court Commissioner.
Starting November 1, 2013 citizen fingerprinting will be offered Mondays from 5pm to 8pm instead of Tuesdays.
