APD Daily Report 09/16/13
In the last 72 hours Annapolis Police officers responded to 353 calls for service and arrested 34 people.
Good News – 201300004393 – 900 block of Breakwater Dr – 09/13 at 3:15am: Officers arrested Kyle Murray, 20, of Annapolis and Charles Jackson, 20, of Temple Hills for breaking into vehicles. An observant citizen reported seeing two people attempting to break into vehicles. An officer entered the area and saw Murray and Jackson enter two unlocked vehicles. Jackson was charged with rogue and vagabond, theft less than $1,000, and trespassing. Murray was charged with rogue and vagabond and trespassing. Both were released by the District Court Commissioner.
Attempted Burglary – 201300004442 – 200 block of Prince George St – 09/14 at 3pm to 09/15 at 12pm: Items were moved in the fenced in back yard of the residence and there were tool marks on the lock to a rear door. No entry was made to the home.
There will be no citizen fingerprinting offered on Tuesday, September 17. The next scheduled date for fingerprinting is Tuesday, September 24 from 5pm to 8pm. Also, starting November 1, 2013 citizen fingerprinting will be offered Mondays from 5pm to 8pm instead of Tuesdays.
