Hopkins Plaza Design Committee

Memorandum from Planning Commission regarding Hopkins Plaza Concept Plan [January 5, 2012]

The City has been exploring ideas on how to revitalize the City Dock area. Hopkins Plaza of City Dock will undergo a renovation this winter and spring along with improvements to Market House; concurrent with the City Dock revitalization effort. The objective of the Hopkins Plaza Design Committee, a sub-committee of the City Dock Advisory Committee (CDAC) was to work with the Department of Public Works and Fourth Street Design Studio, Inc. on a design for the plaza adjacent to Market House.

The committee had several meetings to review and discuss designs for Hopkins Plaza. The culmination of this effort was presented to the City Dock Advisory Committee on November 9, 2011.
