  • COMPOSITION:
    Five members and one alternate who shall be residents and registered voters of the City.  Term of office of the members of the board shall be three years. They shall be appointed by the mayor, confirmed by the city council and removable for cause, upon written charges, and after public hearing. Vacancies shall be filled for the unexpired term of any member whose term becomes vacant.

  • DUTIES:
    To hear certain appeals from decisions of the Planning and Zoning Director, special exceptions, variances, and other Planning and Zoning matters. 
  • MEETINGS:
    First Tuesday of the month, 7 p.m.(and third Wednesday of the month, 7 p.m. if needed), City Council Chambers
