Circulator: A Shuttle Service Between the City's Four Parking Garages

There are many parking options available to both residents and visitors in the City of Annapolis.  In July 2011, the City began the Circulator bus route which provides a shuttle service that quickly and efficiently moves individuals from the City’s four parking garages (Hillman, Gott’s, Knighton and Park Place) around the Central Business District, allowing the public to enjoy the shops, the historic charm, the maritime attractions, the arts, theatre and so much more. 

Covered parking is available in Park Place and Knighton garages for $5 a day, Gott’s Court for $12 a day or Hillman for $16 per day. 

For Visitors and Residents

  • The most convenient locations for long-term parking is the City's parking garages at
    1. Park Place (5 Park Place)
    2. Knighton Garage (1 A Colonial Avenue)
    3. Gotts Court Garage (25 Northwest Street )
  • From these garages you can hop onto the Circulator bus for free.
  • You can also park at the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium and take a Circulator bus downtown, however,
    1. If you are a state employee and have a valid state photo ID, you can ride for free (Valid Monday thru Friday)
    2. If you park at the stadium, and are not state employees, the bus stop is outside of the Central Business District and the fare is $2.00.
  • Parking on the street in restricted residential zones as well as at metered spaces is subject to frequent patrol by uniformed Parking Enforcement Officers.

 For Residents

  • The most convenient locations for long-term parking is the City's parking garages at Park Place and Knighton Garage where you can park all day for only $5.00. From these garages you can hop onto the Circulator bus for free.
