Admiral Heights Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project

ADMIRAL HEIGHTS SANITARY SEWER REHABILITATION PROJECT

The City of Annapolis and its contractor, AM-Liner East Inc., began work on existing sewer lines throughout Admiral Heights on January 17, 2012.  This project will significantly extend the life of the sewer service to this area for years to come.

This project is anticipated to take approximately three months to complete, weather permitting.  It will require that temporary above-ground diversion lines be installed in each of the planned work areas.  The contractor will deliver a notice to all affected residents 48 hours prior to work in your specific area with details on work hours and limiting water usage. The following parking and traffic restrictions will apply:

Parking Restrictions – Once construction starts, parking will be prohibited along the street where the construction is taking place until the work is completed.  I would ask you, due to the construction method that we are using, to park, whenever possible, in your driveway once the “No Parking” signs go up.

Traffic Restrictions – During this work, it may be necessary to periodically close a travel lane and control traffic with barricades and flagmen.
